1st summon is actually by DBKL, but we personally think tis is just a prank since there are some handwritten words and the location is in jalan prima setapak. somemore, DBKL should wont enter into utar to summon ppl gut...
tis is should be done by utar guard. their job is never easy, have to check car by car, lol. dunno utar got sponsor them the paper n marker bo? haha

Hey, did u guys notice the name (signature) at the end of the summon? It reads lau chih yung. Guess what, I googled his/her name, and found it on facebook and blogger. And from the photos in the blogger, I further confirmed his Utarian identity...

And for the name googled in this blog post, I dunno is he a victim, the prankster, or the friend of either. Just hope he can remain calm either when he saw the "summon" or this blog post.
DBKL was in Jln Prima Setapak today so yeah that explains about the summon.
Btw, I tot car without sticker is allowed to park in S-block but not other places in the campus?

they will know which 1 is fake 1...
coz last time my fren forge 1 den get caught by DSA
got 1 uncle he can recognize most of the cars which really got a sticker..
coz DSA only approve abt 100-150 stickers every year...not much cars 2 remember actually..
i can giv u some suggestion or share some experience with u if u wan...
